On Wednesday, 13th May,2026, The Asokwa Municipal Assembly undertook an inspection tour of ongoing development projects across the Municipality to assess the progress of work and ensure quality delivery.
Projects visited included the 2-Storey 6-Unit Classroom Block at Oti, Atonsu Health Centre, 5-Seater WC Facility at St. Mary School, Kyirapatre, KG Classroom Block at Shakuria Islamic Basic School, Atonsu, and the Ahensan Health Centre.
The inspection team, led by the Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Amoh Kamel, reaffirmed the Assembly’s commitment to ensuring the timely completion of these projects to improve education, healthcare, sanitation, and the overall well-being of residents within the Municipality.
These projects are being funded through the District Assemblies Common Fund (DACF), Common Fund allocations, and the Assembly’s Internally Generated Fund (IGF) under the Government of Ghana led by H.E. John Dramani Mahama.
