HR Management Department
The Human Resource Management Department coordinates all human resources programmes and organizes staff training within the Assembly.
We ensure the effective and efficient administration of human resources; translate institutional policies in respect of employment, personnel, wages and salaries into good management practices. Also, we update the records of staff on a regular basis as well as ensuring inter and intra-departmental collaboration to facilitate staff performance and development.
The Human Resource Department reports on all human resource-related activities and puts in measures to upgrade the capabilities, skills, and knowledge of staff in the Assembly. The department also performs other roles such as seeing to the general welfare of staff and appraising direct reports.
